Duotrope’s Digest

Date June 5, 2010

I’ve been a subscriber to the following writer’s resource/tool website for quite some time but I haven’t really used it. I have recently visited it again and was pleasantly surprised to see all the changes they’ve made to the site.

I need to start using it and more importantly need to contribute financially to their efforts.

More about Duotrope’s Digest, from their page:

Duotrope’s Digest is a free resource for writers that primarily offers an extensive, searchable database of current fiction and poetry markets. We also offer a calendar of upcoming deadlines, submissions trackers (for registered users), and some nifty reports compiled from the data we’ve accumulated.

We have been honored as one of Writer’s Digest 101 Best Websites for Writers for every year from 2006 through 2009. Also, Preditors & Editors selected us for their Truly Useful Site Award in February 2010.

We welcome comments, suggestions, and questions. Please note that this is a labor of love project and is still a work in progress. We are adding new features at our whim, when we have time to spare.

Check them out at Duotrope’s Digest.
